Dickey's Barbecue Pit

to start off with no sweet tea this afternoon. for some reason, my pulled pork sandwich was full of fat and burnt ends of pulled pork 20% actual edible meat at best. mac and cheese was hard and crusty and burnt from sitting in the warmers all day. got a half a cup of sauce for said Sandwich. (I suppose they knew how much meat there was actually in the deal and how much sauce I would need 😔). My okra was burnt was burnt to the point of no return.

Totally regret going . Woman obviously hates her job . Had to tell me of an upcharge that was not on the sign .

These kids should be trained to to do these jobs correctly . They still have 0 clue how the real world works .

Dickeys must have horrible mgmt to let this continue

I just picked up food in the drive-through and paid $14.99 total w/tax for 10 over cooked, dried out, over seasoned with dry rub so they were very salty, chicken wings and a piece of toast. Part of the charge was a $.39 fee listed as Renew/Recycle Program.
