Got home with three giant uncooked baked potatoes with the fattest gristle meat. Not one bite of meat that was edible. Disappointed.
No smoke flavor in brisket. Cut wrong and to much fat added to plate instead of brisket.
All food was days old , even chopped brisket was dry . Asked for tea had to get sugar water out of tea dispenser then she added un cut brewed tea to my cup . One of the worst bbq places I’ve ever been to . Lady was rude , will no return 0 stars .

E&S BBQ is a hidden gem with the best pulled pork sandwich ever. The service is friendly, making the experience a joy. With daily specials like "free dessert," the ribs and brisket are sweet and tender, although the heavy-handed bbq sauce was a drawback. The banana pudding is fluffy and irresistible. The owners are hardworking, making it the best mom & pop BBQ joint. The chopped beef sandwich comes highly recommended. The restaurant has recently changed from Happy BBQ, with a new dining room, new name, and ownership, but the quality of the food remains rich and rustic, true to Texas style. The decor is polished rancher's style. Customers say the sliced brisket is really good, especially when freshly smoked, and the pulled pork is unbeatable. The baked beans were the best. It’s a quaint small town bbq joint that has a nostalgic vibe which adds to its charm. The staff is amazing and the woman that runs the place is very sweet. The cost to amount of food ratio is great and the quality of the food was amazing. Many reviews highlight the friendliness of staff and the great atmosphere. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable, and the overall experience is highly recommended for anyone craving authentic BBQ.
