We were passing through and had to stop at firehouse subs. Needless to say this was a fantastic experience at this location in firehouse subs needs to take note that this location is ran so smoothly because of their management. The general manager needs recognition for training his staff the way he has because they were run so smoothly and the food is amazing and comes out super fast.!!!!
I don’t know when they stopped having COLD subs or when anyone on earth orders an Italian cold cut sub and gets it HOT. When you ask for cold meat and cheese AND un-toasted bread you’d think it would be a cold sandwich. The cheese was melted solid to the meat and all the veg was wilted and soggy. The bread didn’t even make it the 6 minute drive to my house without being wet and mushy, despite them forgetting to add the mustard to my sandwich.
