Staying in Athens for the week and wanted to try something local. Shenanigans Deli was a great choice. I ordered the Fresh Italian and it was great! They even included a little brownie dessert. I would go here again!
I'm a foodie and in town looking at properties. I researched Athens before going and found this wonderful lil place. Great homemade sandwiches done the way you want, excellent customer service ! A pleasant surprised was the baked goods with many cookies,brownies and other sweets. Was very surprised bakery wasn't sold out by time we were there mid afternoon. While on a long road trip back we decided to stop at Shenanigans for some food, and it was great. I had an Italian sub that was delicious and I know everyone else in my group enjoyed their food too. The service was amazing and we definitely felt the hospitality that this family owned and operated business has to offer. They also have a wide variety of desserts that’s are all made from scratch that were such a sweet treat.
