Sushi Bachi Reviews
We have ordered many times from this location however tonight was very disappointing. Placed our order at 6:45pm and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. After 40 minutes waiting I asked how much longer and was told they were waiting on part of the order while the other half of the order had been sitting there for at least 20 minutes. At 7:55pm after watching MANY other people place orders, get their food and leave, we walked out and told them to keep our money. I was tired...read full review
I see all the compliments on service and friendliness but this is not what I just experienced. My first time here and I was treated as a guest that was an inconvenience for my business and carelessness. The staff was more concerned of their complaining to each other about whatever they were going thru than taking care of the customers in front of them.
Update…..I have now been waiting 25 minutes for 2 basic rolls….

Super friendly, and delicious. My kids beg me to come, and I can't say no! Great atmosphere.

Sushi Bachi offers a pleasant dining experience with a friendly and attentive staff, providing the best service in Miami. The chef is actively involved in ensuring customers enjoy their meal. The menu features fresh ingredients, generous servings, and they are accommodating of dietary restrictions. The food has always been immaculate and absolutely delicious, with options like the Sushi Burrito, good bulgogi, and the Shaggy Dog roll. For those not into raw meat, there are staples like shrimp tempura, California, or veggie rolls, or a deep fried roll. The dining room is very nice and inviting, though the short tables can be tricky to navigate. This restaurant stands out as a convenient option and a regular spot for those seeking decent sushi, especially with options like hibachi and poke bowl. It is worth a revisit for a variety of sushi rolls and pleasant service, despite traffic challenges in the area.
