Buffet Palace had many 5 star reviews so we came here to check it out. It looked great to begin with. But after we started it was like a chucky cheese / mcdonald's . The food was all cold and felt like it would make us sick. The sushi was warm and gross. The service was ok but they obviously don't have to do much. They did feel like they were rushing us out and trying to take our plates quick and give us our bill. The place was packed with kids and families. It did not smell great inside and felt like we were inside dollar general. The parking lot had homeless people standing at our car doors asking us for money. We were excited to come here for the first time since we r new to the area but will not be coming back. Very disappointed, thought this place would be a new favorite for a cheap meal. :(

Very tasty with many options for all of your Asian food desires. The egg drop soup is especially good and I also like that they have quite a few options of sushi. The sushi is mediocre as you can expect but it is all you can eat. The service is fast and efficient and the ambiance is high ceilings with a attractive decor. The food is hot and fresh!

This place is no good. Just horrible. The food was horrible and unsanitary. The service on top of that is horrible. The "manager" was extremely rude. She was unhelpful and maybe 15 years old at the most. Every server we asked for a manager said they were the manager??? The entire experience was horrible and I'm in disbelief how everything was handled.

honestly, this place is not good. it's extremely dirty and the food is just not good. nothing tasted good, and the customer service was no better. our server was rude and then when asked for the manager she told us there wasn't one. they were on "vacation". we asked if there was another option and she very rudely replied, "no i'm the best option" when she is at the most 16 years old. someone else in my group asked another employee if there was a manager, she told him they were trained to say there is no manager? for 100$ bill the food and quality was ridiculous on top of the service. they were all extremely rude and it's astonishing. this place is not a good find, hidden gem, nor anything similar. not to mention the bathrooms were extremely dirty, and a server spilled a bunch of water and the staff laid tons of newspaper on the spill and left thru our whole experience there. and then only cleaned it up because my group said something about it. unfortunate for these people and this staff. not to mention, they had very little options, and bad ones at that. "Jasmine" the manager apparently, was extremely rude and was not trying to fix any issues. such a horrible experience.

This place was absolutely terrible. There was barely any food choices and the choices there were awful. They also chose to clean the floor with newspaper. When we went to complain to a manager the hostess said the manager was on vacation??? But when we asked a different member of the staff they said they were the manager???? I wouldn't recommend this place ever

Not much good to say about this place anywhere at all. Only thing I can think of is the sweet and sour sauce. Bathroom is disgusting and also used newspapers to clean up a wet floor? I just don't understand how this place is even in business.

Food was good. Kids loved it. Many choices and fresh. Good fried dishes. Very cheap for the varieties you can choose from. Bathroom was terrible!! Poop diapers everywhere. Nasty and discussing. Cannot believe how bad it was. Very trash bin was full and paper dirty towels were everywhere. After the bathroom, I lost my appetite and started to wonder the safety of food .. maybe because it was weekend and packed with little kids.. but still it was unreal how bad the bathroom was!

One of the best deals in fine food available. Your choice of prime rib, charcoal grilled ribeyes, and you can come back for seconds as often as you like. It has the advantage of being able to enjoy numerous dining options instead of being stuck with a meal you don't like. Just go try something else if not satisfied. I have come to Biloxi for about 10+ years now and always make this a stop. Play a little and you can get one free!
