The food was ok. The service was amazing! Jorge was just the best. He had the best attitude and was so friendly. He even recommended the espresso tre leche that was delicious. Definitely won't go back for the food, but for drinks, service, and appetizers for sure.
I knew it would be good but did not expect to be wowed! Everything had flavor and innovation. I had the Tacos (beef, pastor and pato) delish. The Elote Calegones was the bomb. I can't wait to go back.

Yes El Amla's downtown location has a certain charm about it with a roof top eating area and unique indoor vibe but honey parking is a beast and that's why El Alma is the best. I can go here all the time. There's plenty of room to sit, it accommodates even more folks at this location and parking galore.
