Stopped by to grab lunch and open my laptop for a little while. Really great chicken wrap! Watched the Aggies beat the Longhorns in Volleyball. *Whoop!* Also got to visit with co-owner Deb Hallam for a little while. If you haven’t made your way over to 1972, yet, get there with friends and have fun!
I finally made my way to 1972 this past weekend and had such an amazing experience watching the UT game! I love all the women's jerseys on the walls. There was plenty of TV's and games going on.
I ate their garlic buffalo wings that were very saucy and juicy. I love the large outdoor area as well. Gave a good opportunity for a breather during game day. Most convenient is the parking garage right around the corner making it a non-hassle to park in the area.

Loved this spot — took my mom and we both had the best time. Hands down, order the 1972 burger — it’s the best thing I’ve had in Austin! The vibe feels super comfortable and safe, definitely a spot where the girls can relax and just enjoy themselves
