Stopped in here while vacationing in Austin for the weekend. It is more casual than I was expecting. However, the service was excellent and the food was pretty good...I won't say outstanding but pretty good. The prices were very fair and reasonable.
I’ve been going to 888 for over a decade, and it’s disappointing to see how much the quality has gone downhill. The food used to be excellent and affordable, but now it feels like you’re paying more for less. I recently paid $14 for a Pad Thai that didn’t taste good at all, and to make things worse, my takeout order was wrong so I had to drive back to fix it.

Very nice restaurant that opens till late night! We randomly walked in and were surprised by the good vibe and warm service. We order pho - which is really authentic - we are very picky about pho soup base. We also had chicken wings - good sweet sauce. Roast duck with four season sauce is also pretty good but portion is small. I also ordered papaya salad with shrimp- I was told it was grilled shrimp but it came out not grilled. Overall it’s a good place. I would recommend you...
