Idk why all the negative reviews but this place is great!!! The best papa John’s pizza I’ve had comparing other locations. I’m glad I live a block away. I’m definitely coming back!
This location is the worst in Austin I've been to and I've lived all over town. We had to wait THREE HOURS for our order. Then when I finally get there the employee calls next, the girl behind me runs up and the employee not only helped her but couldn't stop complimenting her the whole time. When I said something the other customer was openly rude, and again they did nothing. That same customer later physically bumped me on her way out.
