This is Amy’s Ice Creams Congress location. There’s not really anywhere to sit down and eat so just be aware of that. Also, with it being on Congress, it’s a very high traffic area so there’s usually a line but it moves pretty fast. As with all Amy’s Ice Creams, the ice cream is amazing! I usually get their Belgian Chocolate with Reese's crushed in. So good!

We ordered a half strawberry half Belgian chocolate with almonds crushed in and hot fudge in a waffle cone. What we got was coffee vanilla, with pecans and the fudge was in the bottom of the cone. Lol, I ordered a large ice cream yet mine was less than 1/3rd the size of my girlfriend’s waffle cone. I paid $20, What is going on at this store? 9:30pm 4th of July, get rid of those employees who were working at that time please!

Amy’s Ice Creams South Congress… Ice creams are delicious, but it’s a shame that the staff working here is so inefficient. I have been here three times, and the line has always been long. That’s not a problem since the ice cream is good and in high demand. The real issue is that simple orders take way too long—either the staff is slow, or they are overworked and not allowed to bring in more people to provide better service. If you’re willing to wait in line for more than 45 minutes for a single scoop of ice cream, this is the place for you.

Amy's is in a great location right on busy South Congress. The ice cream's are straight forward, tasty and it is a great experience on a nice day. Lines can get long and there usually are only two people taking and making the orders every time I've gone, so, I'd recommend going when you aren't in a rush
Unreal. We asked for butter pecan and she made us Mexican vanilla with pecans? That is legit the best ice cream I’ve ever eaten. 10/5. Amazing. Service 10/5. I would move in if I could.
