I love going here for a date night and usually the staff is lovely to interact with but the other night I went and I believe this man was maybe the manager because he was training someone. And he was just so most arrogant, rude, condescending to me and on top of it, mean to his colleagues. It made me not want to go back!

Ice cream was good but for the price of a large (9.50) I was expecting a fair amount of ice cream. It was kind of a rip off. I would Not return.

Ordered over $100+ of ice cream for pick up only for nothing to be labeled. How are our vegans supposed to know what is theirs compared to a regular one?
And the staff, who seemed kind, didnāt bother greeting anyone entering. I think the staff is well-meaning, but there needs to be more resources and training.

Rude, disorganized, and incompetent. Didnāt follow the instructions on the order and didnāt have waffle cones. Even though they showed as available online. Update your inventory. The man was rude when my wife said that we didnāt want the ingredients mixed in and hadnāt started on the order even though it was supposed to be ready when she arrived. I get that this is an ice cream scooper job but you can do better than this employee because Iāve been to your other locations and they seem to get it right but this is the second time dealing with the same guy and heās insufferable.
And when we got home I noticed they added pecans to the butterscotch. My son is allergic. How bad does this have to get?

A nightmare for the sugar-loving indecisive people, but at the same time a dream. I spent a good 20 minutes hovering over the ice cream display wondering what to get because all of the flavors are so good. Anyway, 5 stars. The good kind of delicious dessert-related existential dread and ice cream? Sign me up. Bonus points for the employee that put a big portion of sprinkles on my ice cream that was enough to make a disco ball jealous.
