This Arby's is terrible. You can never go inside as it is always locked at the front door and the metal gate that separates it from the convenient store is always shut as well. I had a worker come to the front door just to tell me they are closed? Its 3:11 pm why is there a worker there if they are closed? You can see him in pictures that I took before I left to get food at somewhere is else that is open during the day. Probably for best, as what I could see thru the gate was a fountain drink dispenser leaking fluid out all over the floor, trash all over the place and just a general look of a place that is not kept up and has employees that don't work even though they are at work. This place is a good example of today's society.

Dietary restrictions: Not sure as this location seems to be closed alot.

Kid-friendliness: I WOULD NOT BRING KIDS HERE

Wheelchair accessibility: No access to many homeless people sitting on the premises.

I rode my bicycle thru drive thru. Cashier stood at window and yelled " you can't bring your God damn bike thru drive thru. She hadn't opened the door so I shrugged making jesture that I couldn't hear. She called for someone who came out. I ask what her problem was and he informed me that I wasn't welcomed back. I exit the drive thru, took a left and was about 20 ft forward when another arby employee came from between the car running. I slammed on my brakes holding my cane up like a bat. He stop while a co worker grabbed their arms pulling them back as they yelled"I'm calling the cops". After speaking with Matt the manager, who wasn't around when it occurred, so he couldn't do anything. He said he'd review the tapes, but didn't sound like he cared. So I called the corporate office and explained the horrific event. Shortly after I received a called. I think he said his name was Mike and was following up on my visit. I told him everything and he said there is no Matt. Funny cause an old friend hung out with the manager couple years ago. His name was Matt. Apparently, one of the employees was assaulted or attacked a few days prior. That should have no bearing on my visit. A few days later I called this Mike or whoever had done the follow up after my call to corporate. I asked if he reviewed the tapes and nonchalantly he said oh yeah, we're good. Excuse me. I believe I was talking to the owner cause he referred to the place as "his" place.. So, if you want to be yelled at, rushed, and lied to, then go visit this place that in my opinion has a staff that is on drugs, and is a danger to the public

This place is really going downhill. Seems no one cares about the place. The workers seem like their trying to work with what they got. They had plywood on the windows from broken windows. No ice cream machine. It's too bad cause Arby's is one of my favorite fat food.

Food is good but this location went down hill fast. Owner needs to manage the location better. Employee argue curse in front of customer and not as clean as it used to be. Not on just one occasion. I tried to keep coming back but after like 4 or 5 visits I’m not coming back to this location. Too bad I love ARBYS. It was between two girls who worked at 3PM on 10/13. Please manage the staff better so I can come back to this location.

Food was absolutely awful, not sure what the meat was on the roast beef sandwich. Cold fries. Very helpful staff. Windows boarded up on each side of the lobby.

This location is the worst. They're constantly out of whatever it is that you want. On this trip they had no au jus for the French dip and they were out of fried mac and cheese bites. The front registers were broken and would only take cash. The dining room was a mess.

I was the only one in the drive it took 15min. They had me pull up and wait. I told the gentleman to make sure I had Arby's sauce. So he comes to my truck after 15 minutes doesn't give me any sauce so he had to go back in. You get the story.

I came by one weekend evening and the staff was super pleasant. As good as it gets on the fast food front. The woman hooked me up with plenty of sauce and napkins and she was very sweet to me. Like she already had it in the bag for me, I didn't even need to do anything. I'd definitely come through again if I wanted some fast food at night. I have not been to an Arby's in a hot minute. It was a good experience.

Me and my family went to this place and had the worst experience they made us wait 20 minutes after ordering food and we were the only customer once we received the food we turned around and came back because everything was very cold and old when I returned and they were remaking the food I noticed that they had left meat outside since the first time it had been there an hour ago and that meat had been sitting there no one was in the restaurant and there were flies all over the food now me and my wife are sick pretty sure it's from the meat that they left out instead of wrapping it up and putting it away when they're done with it i will be reaching out to management once we figure out why we are sick from the Doctor's office do not go to this restaurant
