Good selection of items for the soup base. Not too bad on price. Family of 5 adults ate for $75.
The server walked us through the process quickly and clearly; you select your toppings, then select a broth to be sent to your table at the register before paying. For a party of two, I would recommend the split pot, since the broth portion is quite generous. The topping prices can add up quickly if you're not careful, especially for a large party.

Although the choose-it-yourself style can feel cramped and parking may be challenging close to the building, there is ample parking farther away. Overall, Hotpot Alley provides a delicious meal with good value and a welcoming environment.
