I go to Aviary regularly. This particular occasion the server was a bit condescending when it came to recommendations for wine. My friend is a sommelier and wanted to to taste a wine and he proceeded to give her a description of the wine and very dismissive when we again asked to taste. This is a wine shop and this was a wine by the glass it shouldn't have been a problem. Eventually he did acquiesce but all night he had an edge. I don't know if he'd behave this...

NEW GO TO SPOT. My friend and I went to get some wine and food and left feeling sooooo good! The food is some of the freshest I’ve had in a while in terms of uniqueness and quality. Everyone who was working treated us like close friends. We laughed so hard, had like 7 different dishes off the menu, 5 different wines. I can’t express enough in text what a great time we had. Made us so happy!!
