I was in town on a business trip. The food and service was so good I came here twice in a week. They bring out chips and salsa to start. The salsa was good and has a little kick (spicy). Both times I asked the waiter/waitress for a recommendation. The first visit I had the Pollo Huastrco and the second visit I had the Lone Star Relleno with chicken and chipotle sauce. The first meal was very good but the relleno was absolutely incredible, totally amazing. I highly recommend it...

substitutions, i.e. double mushrooms, no cheese. I had grilled chicken with mushrooms, ?'s. I already know what I'm getting next.

Generally, I love this place, but on my last visit the chicken that I had as part of my chicken mole was so rubbery that I couldn’t even eat it.
Nonetheless, I’m reading it is four stars for food because usually it’s pretty perfect. The chips are great, the salsa is wonderful. The service is always quite nice and pretty frequently there’s live music.
