Don’t order online if you are planning to save time. I waited 30 minutes for my online order to be ready after receiving a text that it was ready for pick up. I saw 6+ customers that arrived AFTER me get their orders before I did. It seems like the employees preparing the drinks do not know how to prioritize the orders that have been made first.
Salted Carmel iced coffee WAS the best! I only complained about the issue with the lids for the coffee cups. I have been to your establishment three times since this review. Thank you for fixing the lid issue. But WHY!! Did you change the way you made the Iced Salted Carmel coffee drink!! It's horrible now. Such a disappointment to buy coffee that taste like watered carmel and salt!!

Today, we stopped by for a few snacks!After leaving, my son realized he left his phone. Long story short, the very nice gentleman working the counter helped us recover it from an older gentleman that had taken it off the table. Not sure he was trying to steal It or not but THANK YOU to the employee that helped us recover it! Without his help, my son wouldn’t have felt comfortable confronting the older man!
