Waited 35 minutes only to find out my drink required a blender and the blender broke down so I got a refund and just left.
Service was also incredibly slow for others. I’ve been to Bambu many times before and it wasn’t like this. Would not recommend coming here unless you have all day to wait around for your order.

Horrible customer service. And the manager (also owner she claimed) is very unfriendly with hostile attitude. I stopped by yesterday. The store was empty and nobody at the register. Waited for a while and a lady from the kitchen finally showed up. I ordered the pennywort juice with mung bean. What is that? We don't have it, she said. I told her I ordered that drink many times and repeated the drink name several times. She pretended like she doesn't understand (she's white). I then pointed at the menu and she wasn't happy seeing that pennywort juice and mung bean drink is actually on the menu. I then asked her, please add grass jelly and you can charge me extra. She instantly said she can't add grass jelly. I said I added grass jelly to my drink many times. Why? She said she won't do it and if I don't listen I don’t have to order and I should get off her store. I calmly told her adding grass jelly is very normal for any of your drinks on the menu. Why are you saying no?
She said she won’t do it. Then she said I owned this store and I can ask you to leave now with her raging voice. I said Wow..you really say this to your customers then they won't come back. She said she doesn't care.
OMG...this lady is insanely unfriendly, lying about her own drink on the menu and didn't care about the customer.
You can tell the store is completely empty with no customer.
Btw, if you pay by cash they said they don't have change to give you back.
Avoid this store y'all. I will never come back.

Customer beware of waffle maker TEFLON (aka..polytetraflouroethylene PTFE) coating was peeling and stick on the waffles we have just ordered 08/02/2024 @ around 437p. There was NO customer at the time I entered and order took 15min for (2) Bambu drinks and the (2) waffles that we can’t eat because of the Teflon peel sticking all over our waffles.
I am so done with supporting this place and they are not stand up to their reputation to sale their products.

Your toppings are sour and expired. I tried to call the business to give them the heads up but they didn't pick up so here I am on Google with the negative review. If I go to the hospital because of food poisoning you have to pay for it.

I went there today. We were waiting almost 20 mins for 2 drinks and 1 pandon waffle. I taste the waffle it's tasted, nothing. It's supposed to have some sweet and coconut in there.. the waffle has no taste at all. I went to the counter and asked why it tasted nothing, and I asked for some sweetness. The guy who behind the counter said this is the way it makes. and he's put powder sugar on my waffle while I hold my waffle. This is so rude.I told him I used to have this waffle all the time, and the taste so different, and he told me maybe I didn't come here almost a year because they're changing management and he looks so upset when I made a complain about the waffle with the bad attitude. I'm so sad that they took away the old recipe.. Wish the best luck to the new owner to survive with this boba tea shop. You're not the only one in town. Customer service is very important. I will not come back again.

Every time I go to Austin, I dream of the kids coming here to eat sweet soup. This time I was really disappointed when I stopped by. The store was only my family. When I entered the shop, it was very hot. My family ordered 4 cups of sweet soup when I tried it out. The food was stale, I told the Spanish salesperson and she was also very enthusiastic about changing it and it was OK. The second time, the same thing happened, the tapioca starch was stale, so goodbye to this store.

I’m not the first review that says their lychee is expired. I wanted to just let the cashier know this was not the first time I’ve ordered Ché (fruit addict) with expired lychee and she runs to the back to mock me to her coworkers??? I didn’t even say it in a mean or entitled way nor did I ask for a refund.. I just asked if she could check it so that the next time I ordered I could get one WITHOUT rotten lychee.. If you see a short girl with curly hair as the cashier just don’t bother asking about your drink or tipping…
