Came at 3:15 The young cashier literally stood there staring without asking If we needed any help she didn't say anything. I think she was an employees daughter. No gloves, nothing. Rude. We wont be back.

The two lovely people who were working the night of September 9 at 8:30 PM truly made Baskin-Robbins forever A staple in my nighttime sweet Cravings. I went there as a result of having an incredibly frustrating and Horrid day at work as means to feel better through Ice cream. There was one guy and one girl Who was the cashier, She was so nice! And the guy taking the time to ask me if I was having a good day, flipped the switch. It no longer was a bad day! Thanks to you both for the great ice cream and the even better pick me up!

So gross! There was stuff splattered everywhere, the freezer was duct taped together, and there was a dead moth in the freezer! So gross!

Hours were different than what was posted. Even after waiting for the updated opening time, still weren’t open 20 min AFTER that and the person inside didn’t give an update or seem to care. Take your business elsewhere, this location is failing

The manager still hasn’t paid one of my students their last check from an over a month ago. Super rude to teen employees I saw him come in and yell at a young girl about counters being dirty while she was with a customer.

The only positive about the visit last night was the teenage girl that despite having zero help was positive and working hard. Note to owners, if you are that short staffed, work with these kids!
That's where the good stops. I haven't been in the store in months, and I was shocked at how gross it looked. The floor looked like it hadn't been mopped in days, the tables were dirty, one of the freezers had duct tape on it, the lighting was dim and dingy, the menu looked archaic and like it was just slopped on there, and the overall experience was just bad except the young lady working. A barely there scoop for over $5, too. I highly doubt Baskin Robbins corp would be amused at the state of this store. I feel bad for the kids working there.

My kids love the ice cream here but the place is so, so filthy and dirty that we are not coming back again. It needs some serious deep cleaning and renovation.

I ordered my 5 years old birthday cakes a week in advance and they didn't have them and were not apologetic at Robbins. The order never printed according to staff but i was charged. Now I'm 3 hours from party time with no cake. Will never return to any Baskin robbins. I only gave one star because zero is not an option.
