Y'all, don't sleep on this place!! The owner (or who I assume is the owner) is so nice.. and the food is AMAZING. I usually frequent this place for brunch, but they have really good lunch/dinner options, as well. I love their Monte Cristo sandwich, their French toast, the bacon (they cook it in brown sugar).. well just about everything. We NEVER have to wait for a table for brunch on weekends, which is a big plus!! Prices are excellent. You really couldn't' ask for more.
This place is so great! Close by, no wait on a Sunday for brunch, and excellent food. It's also family friendly and chill enough that you can hear your brunch companions conversation. Can't wait to go back!

This place is cute. I definitely thought it would be more modern inside, but it's actually kinda a retro vibe (eg when I went there were a solid handful of older folks/retirees getting lunch). I didn't even remember it was here until I was looking for a lunch place in south Austin and saw it on the map. The food is good, it didn't absolutely blow my mind but I definitely enjoyed it!
