Don't you dare ask them for an extra spoon!! We ordered a scoop and asked for an extra spoon as we were going to share. We were told that they only give one spoon per order. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard from a store that hands down multiple tasting spoons. (In hindsight, we should have tried tasting a few flavors, that would have solved our spoon problem lool)

Got an urge for strawberry shake and stopped in for one. Made it all up just perfect and it was delicious!

Showed up at 9:30pm. Their posted hours are 10 pm. They were closed. They said they were doing no business. Three more cars pulled up while I was there. $40 to $50 in sales wasted and bad feelings generated. Really disappointed.

Went in today and wasn't greeted at the door the employee was on a call and just stayed on the call didn't acknowledge me at all then went to the back room on the call still.

I waited 4 more mins for her to come back and say so sorry what can I get you.

I ask for 2 lava coladas she's tells me yeah sorry they are discontinued.. little did she know I get these all the time even at this location. So I leave and go to another Baskin robins who was I guess in the mood to make me one.

I only go to this location because they have chocolate fudge, which the two stores closest to me don't have.
The scoops are consistently smaller than any other BR in Austin metro.
Some of the staff don't really want to be there (I get it; it's min wage and probably not much of a career path, but, still...).
Too often, tables aren't wiped down really well.
Seating is very limited (3 tables)
Parking lot is difficult to navigate for large vehicles.

I’m a disappointed regular customer. We’ve been coming to this Baskin Robbins almost every other week, but today we had a really bad customer experience.

We ordered four milkshakes and spent around $30. One of them was the Mangonada, and it was so overwhelmingly spicy that my daughter couldn’t drink it. She was in tears and had to throw it away. I understand that might be how it’s made, but the flavor was completely off and not at all what we expected.

We politely asked the manager if we could just switch that one drink for something else. It was a simple and reasonable request, we weren’t asking for a refund, just a replacement. Unfortunately, she refused and showed no empathy at all. No concern for how upset my daughter was, no willingness to help, just a flat-out no.

We’ve supported this location regularly, but after today, I’m really disappointed. A little kindness would have gone a long way. We won’t be returning.

My 2 year old son wanted ice cream, so we came here because it was nearby. It was our first time. We literally walked in and I was looking at the menu, the heavier set femLe employee, with the headphones on, yells from the back employee room “are you ready ? What do you want” all the way across the building ?? Mind you other people are sitting and eating it was very awkward and I felt put on the spot, I’m not about to yell my order to you in a back room. She then comes and gets the scoop I asked for for my son, then I changed my mind and wanted something myself too, so I was looking for the flavor I wanted, and she says, “so you’re not ready” and throws her hands up and slams the milk she had down on the counter, very sarcastically. Didn’t even get my ice cream I asked her to please charge me for my toddlers ice cream because she just made me beyond uncomfortable in front of multiple customers .
