Good selection of drinks and Kolaches you can order throughout the day, lots of tables and chairs for remote work, very much coffee ☕ shop vibes in the morning and the daytime and turn into a family friendly playground, patio, hangout, event space after 5 pm, food trucks outside if you want a big meal.

We visited Batch Craft Beer & Kolaches (3220 Manor Rd, Austin, TX) for Father’s Day breakfast at my daughter’s recommendation—and I can confidently say these were the best kolaches I’ve ever tasted. They’re made fresh on-site in a small prep area behind the counter where a dedicated team works the dough from scratch all morning. The pastry is warm, buttery, and incredibly flavorful.
I tried the Sausage Jalapeño Cheese and Ham & Cheese kolaches—both were excellent, but the jalapeño sausage stole the show. My wife and daughter went for the Strawberry Cream kolache and raved about it. They also offer a variety of sweet kolaches including pineapple and more, depending on availability.
At about $4.80 per kolache, the price felt completely fair for the quality.
The environment was cozy, the outdoor seating was completely adequate, and parking was not an issue at all. Whether you’re local or visiting Austin, don’t miss this hidden gem. A perfect place to start your day.

Batch makes super tasty kolaches! Their dough is warm and pillowy and tastes great. We got the raspberry cheese, jalapeño cheese sausage, and the brisket pickle kolaches. All were good but the jalapeño cheese was the standout! It’s buttery and slightly yeasty, the sausage inside was juicy, and the kolache had a nice kick to it from the jalapeños. We loved the outdoor space here and will definitely be back!

Visiting my son while in Austin, he took me to Batch for Kolaches and coffee. The Kolache was by far the best I’ve ever had. Very lite flakey bread surrounding a delicious egg, cheese and jalapeño center…the coffee was great also and the staff was very friendly. I’ll be back!
