No courtesy to respond to messages. I called them but my cellphone reception was poor. I was asked to send them the details of the cake I want via SMS. Provided the details tried to follow up later in the evening and next day morning. No response. As business they should a courtesy or politely saying no if they can’t provide the service because of certain constraints(in my case it’s the time constraint).

I could not give nothing better than a 2 star for effort. We ordered a cake for delivery. First, the person delivering the cake brought the darn cake in w/o it being covered and had the box in their hand all folded up for us after we finish. Just imagine handling a cake from the parking lot into the restaurant not covered and with all the environmental issues we have today. I think of myself as a baker so quality means a lot to me. The decorating was as elementary as it gets, the cake itself was terrible and I say that because I know a box cake when I see it and w/o any flavor. There are plenty strawberry cake recipes out there that can be used instead of a box cake. I have had cakes from Walmart and HEB that was absolutely better in taste and presentation. You can charge whatever you like but when you charge a premium price please deliver a quality product. We say first impression is a lasting one, well my first one will be forever with this company.

Jen is an amazing artist and has yet to be stumped on a request. She can customize your cake to pretty much any preference you may have. They are always delicious, moist, and beautiful before you cut into them! I would highly recommend Jen to anyone looking for a custom cake!

Jen made a three tier cake for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Each tier was a different flavor, chocolate, vanilla and strawberry covered with butter cream frosting. Decorated with live cascading hydrangeas. We and our guests were delighted. It was not only beautiful but also a delicious cake.
We recently ordered cake for my kid's birthday. It was a cocomelon theme cake and Bento bakes did a amazing job with it. We loved the cake, it tasted so delicious. All the guests(kids and adults) enjoyed the cake. Thank you Bento bakes for the delicious strawberry cake.

Unprofessional!!! We’ve reach out on 2 separate occasions for a cake, never once did anyone respond. Reached out through FB messenger as a second attempt, message was read and ignored. I don’t know what kind of business they’re running and why they feel like they’re above a customer enough to not respond, but if you’re fully booked out then say that! We reached out twice after we were satisfied with our sons first bday cake, but after this act of inconsideration and unprofessionalism I would never recommend anyone I know to your establishment.
