We explore different taco joints every Taco Tuesday and today we discovered Blue Gecko and WOW! Welcome to the Austin Taco scene. Had the Green Chili Pork, the Chicken Adobo, and the Texas Taco (ground beef) and all three were amaze-balls! Loved the juicy, tender pork and chicken. Such good flavor! You gotta try this place! Oh, and they serve Topo-Chico!
