Okay, so I wrote this review to spin their wheel. But the five stars are honest. Their Spirit Animal sour pale ale is transformative. Excellent beer.
Very kid and dog friendly! When we visited they had 10 sours on tap which we tried in two flights of five.
10/10 beers and atmosphere. Love it
The pomegranate little boss was my favorite out of all of the drinks I tried

Best sours in ATX!
We had so much fun with their new Sour Tower! we got to try 10 beers and take home some cute souvenir glasses. The bartender was super friendly and helpful— knowledgeable about the beer and the area. If you like sour beer, definitely stop by for some unique flavors. I really liked the Cool & the Gang which was brewed with earl grey tea.
If you’re a sour beer lover, you’ve found your place. We tried 8 of their sours and not one disappointed. Limetastico was probably my top choice tied with the Plum de Plume. They even have Happy Hour on a Friday!

We had an amazing experience at Blue Owl Brewing for our daughter’s rehearsal dinner and welcome event. Elsie was so patient & kind in answering all our questions and made the process so effortless. The Brewery was spacious and guests loved the indoor & outdoor options. There were plenty of beverage choices which our guests enjoyed! We were glad to have chosen the Private Event option as we had use of the entire space for our event. Complimentary parking was available nearby. The event staff was so friendly and did a great job during the event. I highly recommend Blue Owl Brewing for any event!
Swung by on a Sunday night and was delighted with Emily’s warm hospitality.
My two takeaways are:
1) The mango chamoy is tastier than I could ever imagine a mango chamoy beer tasting. I’d love to take a 6 pack home! (Pls don’t discontinue 😩🥹🤗)
2) Do not sleep on their non sour beers- they are delicious too!
