I had the cream, spinach, mac & cheese, and spicy rotisserie bites. The creamed spinach was by far the best. It was made with hearty old spinach leaves. Cooked to perfection of not quite goo. If I had to guess the actual mass of the dish was around 80%, spinach, 15%, cream, 5% cheese. The macaroni and cheese was a soup. There was nothing gooey or oozy about it.I ordered the large spicy rotisserie bites, it was an 8 ounce cup of boiled chicken breast chunks. Super salty.I got two sides with my order because they don't have a fountain. They were supposed to have bottled Coke products, but all they have left his water.TLDR “it’s certainly food”

Bread is soo hard and stale, the bun snapped in half on the chicken sandwich. On the chicken sandwich, the picture shows a fried patty but I was served old, dry, and unseasoned turkey meat. Nothing was seasoned. The pot pie tasted like unsalted mush. I tried giving this franchise 3 chances and each time, its like their cook's are trained by an easy bake oven with 0 cooking experiences. Either that or their food just tastes like the year old and forgotten Thanksgiving leftovers from the grandma who has high blood pressure so is afraid to put salt in anything. One of those franchise that should've died centuries ago and their food shows it. They deserve to go under serving that compost they pathetically call "food." I feel bad for anyone living in Boston for having this franchise and their employees, drag the Boston name thru the sewers.

First time eating at Boston Market and will not go back. Brought in reusable cut as I only drink water. Ice, water, soda machine didn't work. So had meal with nothing to drink. I can make better ribs at home. Mac & cheese watery and tastless. Cornbread ok. Restaurant was hot. All workers went outside together to smoke. Went in bathroom after to was ribs off hands. Am used to signs in bathrooms reminding employees to wash hands. But not a sign telling employees to report diarrhea, vomiting, yellow skin.....

Anything more than two stars is cap. ? The original rotisserie chicken is decent. Personally, it was a bit salty to me but based on how the stuff looked on the line and how it tasted I guess that’s on par for this location. We picked at the chicken, but overall wasted our money and now going to Luby’s which is what we should’ve done in the first place. Based on the reviews and how destitute it looked inside, it won’t be long before this location shuts down. DINE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

The Austin Boston Market store is under new management just in last couple of weeks. Give it another try and see what you think! It's all fresh, healthy food and priced very reasonably. I had a great experience just last week!

first, let me say that I love the food at Boston market!I was looking forward to picking up Easter dinner here as I was working today. I got off at 6 PM.I looked at the hours online, which state that they're open till 10 PM. Drove 20 minutrs and arrived at 6:30 PM and they were closed.when I called the phone number, just to clarify, I was told that Boston market doesn't update their times.

Disappointed. Their store hours are not correct and menu items listed online are not updated. We showed up at 11am excited we could get a decent Easter lunch and were met at the door that they wouldn't be opening until 12pm and that If we wanted any chicken, that wouldn't be available until 1pm.

This is one of the worst meals I've had in a long time. I went there for the turkey which it seems they don't sell any more so I ordered chicken. The broccoli was super mushy/terrible and the mashed potatoes were very bland and thin. Both sides were inedible and I threw them away. The chicken was ok. Also like all restaurants the prices have gone up so that was expected. It's really too bad. Pre-pandemic this was one of our go to family meal places.

2023-03This location seems like it is being milked for the last ounce of cash (literally) after it has been bankrupted.BUT…. we went in there around lunch and ordered the half-chicken plate. And it was tasty. Mashed potatoes? Great. Caesar salad? Crisp and fresh. Corn bread? Too-sweet for my liking but otherwise warm and fine. Chicken? Well roasted, juicy and delicious. Rice? Not dry not soggy just right and great flavor. The store was pretty clean. The restroom was disheveled but fine. Definitely not disgusting. The employees (all three of them) were friendly and helpful even though they were grim and resigned. They know the end is near even if they ignore it and put on brave faces. One knows the end has come when:1). Ceiling tiles are missing (from a recent issue with the HVAC judging by the locations of the missing tiles). Ceiling tiles are cheap and easy to install. Not taking an hour to run to Home Depot and stick up $30 of ceiling tiles? End times.2). Hand-scrawled signs on the exterior door and taped to the counter say “cash only”. Credit cards increase average customer spend by 40-60%. Many people don’t even HAVE cash these days. Not accepting business from each person that would like to buy something? End times.3). The soda machine doesn’t and hasn’t worked. So no drinks available besides bottled beverages. Biggest food profit margin not available and no plans to bring that cash cow back? End times.4). The hours are different than what’s online. They are closed ALL DAY Saturdays. Not using the paid for space and equipment on the biggest shopping day of the week and then not letting customers know when you are or are not open? End times. While it’s still open the food is good and seemed healthier than many, many fast food places. I’ll be sad when they finish this last gasp.

Food is flavorless, greasy, and glaringly poor quality. Had a few bites and couldn't finish it. The ceiling is falling apart. The soda machine doesn't work at all. It definitely turned me off to Boston Market in general. The only thing this branch has going for them is the very friendly and attentive staff.

Ok y'all I said I wasn't going to say anything but what happened to giving good customer service? I know places are understaffed. I GET IT, but I went in here because I had a taste for meatloaf, this was the place I usually go to when I was in Chicago. This was my first time here at this location, I go in, the place was clean, no other customers were waiting, I walk up to the register and there is a young lady working the drive thru and a young man that was at the register, I'm thinking ok he's about to take my order, NOPE, he leaves me standing there w/o saying hi, hello, I'll be right back, nothing, he goes to the drive thru area and help the young lady bag up orders. (she was looking like she had an attitude no smile or anything) I'm still standing there waiting, after a couple of mins I left. I decided to go back in because I really wanted the meatloaf. When I go back in,there was a couple that finished placing they're order and they sit down at a table, ok now it's my turn to order ok great, place my order, wait by the door where the register is, the young lady takes the couple they're food to the table, ok cool that's nice, when my order was ready she says here u go and I had to walk over to the drive thru area to get it, ok why couldn't you bring my order over to the register where I placed the order, that's where I'm standing, I had to let the young man know before I left this is the most unfriendliest places I have been to. No one speak when you go in, they don't acknowledge you just leave u standing there, they don't say thank u and have a nice day, these words will go along way, customer service is no more, this food better be goodorder ID AAAMYLDBAEAK

The guy behind the counter was so friendly and took care of me!! The girl forgot my dipping sauce, but I had some at home I used. I would have given 5 stars, but the rotisserie nuggets are ridiculously tiny and not worth the $8.99 for the combo.

I'd never been to a Boston Market before tonight. After a long day at work, thought I'd grab my husband and I something easy for dinner. I opted to go inside rather than the drive through, as I wasn't super familiar with the menu. I was a bit unsure about what to get and the gentleman at the register was very helpful when I explained the number of people I needed to feed and what we liked. Very good customer service and a good value for the money. We enjoyed our meal very much. We'll be back.

First walked in and very loud Hispanic music was playing like in a Cantina and the place smelled like a ruptured sewer line in the main entrance……..employee with tattoos sitting on the food counter??? I started to walk out then, but I had already paid for my food online. Got home. Food was cold and nasty and didn’t even eat it, I just threw it out in the trash to avoid food poisoning. What a waste of money, time, and gas. Sorry about your restaurant guys, but YOU will not Pass a Health Department Inspection.

Employees are handling money and food with the same gloves. A young woman employee was sitting down on the inside of the drive through window on her cell phone. I pulled up and she is texting away. Everyone looks untidy and lacks professionalism. The food has gone down hill because you pay kids to run a restaurant instead of adults. I noticed Juan the area supervisor appears to show interest in improving this mess restaurant but nothing as changed.
