No decaf option
Ordering with the mobile app works well. The ordering kiosk is a bit hidden away, so it’s not intuitive. Cappuccino was alright, but nothing

Ordered a coffee. After waiting for about 6-7 minutes I had a look through the clear window- the machine was frozen without any indication that anything is wrong with it or a way to proceed next. Tried contacting support and that was broken too. There needs to be an easy follow up of “my coffee didn’t show up, cancel order”
Ordering and pickup process was seamless with the 3-digit pin system, but the latte I ordered didn't quite match the expected taste. Considering the cost, the experience fell short. The concept of this coffee ordering setup is innovative, but improvements in taste are essential for a better customer experience.

Ordered two drinks, the machine got hung up and never delivered my order! Tried calling the "24/7" service line and got voicemail box twice.

The machine took my money, but would not let me get my coffee. I spent a couple minutes tapping the screen like the fool I apparently am, and even tried the QR code option. I was a Costa coffee fan until today.
The cappuccino was like a latte. Just too much milk and little foam. Owned by Coca Cola.

I paid for a coffee and the machine never gave it to me. I feel scammed. I thought placing an order was enough but it didn't work ????
Free drink with downloading app, can't beat that!
Ordered hot chocolate with NO sweaters. Came out just like syrop. I have never ever tried anything so sugary. Made really just that 1 sip and poured the rest into the sink in the restroom. The fastest waste of 5 bucks in my life. Giving it 1 star only because it was entertaining to watch it working.
