While not the prettiest or most “instagram friendly” spot, Brown’s BBQ blows other big name BBQ spots in the area out the water. Whenever I have folks visit, this is where I take them to get a true taste of Texas BBQ.

Ate on the tables outside so thankful the weather was pretty good. The brisket was so moist and could fall apart when picking it up. Mac n cheese was delish. We missed out on the pulled pork sadly and got the last sausage. Good meal and friendly folks.

Incredible. Most bang for your buck bbq in Austin. $6 for a BIG brisket wrap. Picture below. Amazing.

The barbecue is actually pretty good. No complaints there. The slaw was completely full of water, the sauces were watery, and the potato was like potato salad you buy at the low end grocery store. Also, you’re sitting on benches that are right off of a major road, so lots of street traffic noise. Oh yeah, and they were out of plastic knives so they had to cut the brisket for us like we were kids!

Fantastic BBQ!!! I made it a point to visit this place after a YouTube video, I was not disappointed! Had to take some sauce home to Dallas. The brisket is phenomenal and the the pork ribs were chef's kiss.

The many times that I have been in the area, I have never noticed Brown's BBQ but now they definitely have my attention.

My lite afternoon snack was the 3-meat plate, Moist Beef Brisket, Pork Rib, and Sausage with sides of Cabbage and Green Beans.

The brisket had a beautiful smoke ring and the bark was perfect. The pork rib had a nice rub where no barbecue sauce was needed. Last but not least, the sausage casing had a nice snap to it and the filling was coarse, the way I like it. The braised cabbage was well seasoned to my satisfaction.

Although Brown's BBQ shares the same address with the Corner Bar, they are separate businesses however, if one orders to eat-in, the delectable delights can be savored outside at the picnic tables or inside of the Corner Bar where beverages with authority are served, for digestive purposes.

Without a doubt, I definitely will be back 😋

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Browns BBQ is the real deal! I had the brisket, sausage, and beans, and everything was spot on. The brisket was tender, juicy, and packed with smoky flavor that melted in my mouth. The sausage had that perfect snap with just the right seasoning, and the beans were some of the best I’ve had — rich, savory, and the perfect complement to the meat.

You can tell a lot of care and pride goes into the food here. The portions were generous, the flavors were bold, and it’s the kind of BBQ that makes you want to come back right away. Browns BBQ is hands down one of the best spots in town, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves true Texas barbecue.

At the Chattahoochee Mountain fair, this was the only food truck that smelled really really good. But for what I got, the price was outrageous. The pulled pork sandwich was quite small, and the serving of coleslaw was also very small and didn't really have any flavor. And the barbecue wasn't as good as it smelled. Major disappointment. The lady and gentleman who were running the place were very pleasant, though.
