Bruja’s Brew is always such a treat! I’m constantly mesmerized by the creativity poured into the many different flavor profiles that are available. With seasonally rotating flavors, there are such unique flavor dimensions coming from different fruits, herbs, spices and more! The service is always impeccable. When it comes to the kombucha, food, service, atmosphere and owner, I give it a 10/10 every time ? I definitely recommend trying out the best Kombucha bar in Austin!

I will be reviewing only the food. I’m very picky about kombucha and I haven’t tried any from here. All of the food is vegan and delicious. My favorite it the tuna sandwich. It tastes the closest to how my mom made it when I was a kid. They’re so addicting. The arroz con leche is so yummy! Again, I grew up eating this stuff and it’s nice to find a vegan version. Soups and sandwiches are all very tasty. Customer service is always on point.

Bruja’s Brew is absolutely delicious vegan cuisine that pairs beautifully with house-made kombucha! This was my first experience eating vegan food, and I was absolutely blown away. The vegan tuna sandwiches are my absolute fav. I've developed an addiction for them. The customer service is on-point. The woman who works there (I think she's the wonder) is so incredibly sweet every time I stop by for my fix. The arroz con leche is also pretty delish!

Very disappointed. The kombucha was not traditional kombucha. The food was bland and the kale chips had a long hair stuck to them. The location is in a spot if you don’t park in the alley you have to pay on the street.

Bruja's Brew has the best and healthiest Kombucha you will ever find! Deja Voodoo is one of my favorites :) I previously would cringe at drinking Kombucha. It was an acquired taste for me and very bitter, but i would tough it out knowing it's good for me. After trying Bruja's Brew it is the only Kombucha I will drink. It's all natural and very pleasant to drink. It also makes for a fantastic mixer for alcoholic beverages ;). The owner, Tiana, puts her heart and soul into this business and it shows in how amazing all her menu items taste and are presented. Go out and support her local business!

This truck is so incredible! Every time I try a kombucha I choose a new favorite but right now I'm in love with Eye of the Storm. All of her flavors are delicious and you can tell that the ingredients are fresh and that there is no added sugar! Hands down the best kombucha I've had. The food is also delicious! I keep trying to recreate the gazpacho but I just can't get it to the same level as Bruja's. The truck itself is super cute and I love supporting local women owned business so if you're on the same boat you have to give this place a try!! You can't skip this place whether you live here or are just stopping by!
