Their is a coffee shop everywhere in Austin, but finding 1 that is actually genuinely friendly seems harder than it should be. I decided try this one out and was very disappointed. My order was taken by this 1 armed character with short shorts that seemed more appropriate for the beach than a workplace. Some of these alternate lifestyle folks thrive off getting reactions from people, who might not otherwise have any opinion of them. Anyways I was informed they did not have any regular coffee , but they had an Americano which did not make a whole lotta sense to me. I settled on a green tea and they did not even bother to fill the cup up. Then places usually have honey available to the customers along with the sugar and whatever else. They kept it behind the counter and when I requested some, the lady would not even allow me to put it in myself as though not giving out honey is gonna boost or cut their business costs. I sat down on the back porch and had the feeling like the baristas were just waiting for some reason to tell me to leave. These little things make a difference in the customers experience and if this place does not do well, then its no wonder why. I won't be returning because places like this make me just wanna enjoy coffee from home.

Ordered a burrito and specified “no cheese”. Even clarified with the staff again about no cheese. Got it home and it had cheese in it. Had to toss it. This is pretty simple, y’all.

By far the best bean and cheese burrito I’ve ever had. I’ve been on the hunt for a solid bean and cheese spot in Austin for a while and stumbled across a Reddit thread which mentioned this was the go-to choice. Couldn’t agree more! The beans and cheese have a rich savory flavor. The tortilla is fantastic. And the cheese is sharp! All around a must!

OMG this place is amazing! The burritos are massive for starters! Great customer service and super friendly staff (I believe one of the owners). Highly recommend a breakfast burrito, quesaritto style, with carnitas! You won't be disappointed. Literally mouth watering and so full of flavors!

Bummer burrito was a gooey mess without much flavor. Should have read the reviews before I ordered but was excited to try this place at Batch.

Won’t eat here again

Both burrito and queso was cold. Asked them to reheat queso and when they didn’t was still cold.

Yesterday I had the vegan situation burrito add vegan chorizo and it was delicious! I’d never been to the trailer and was about to use the QR code to order but the guy at the window kindly said he could just take my order. The food was ready quickly. It was nice to have a very tasty vegan option at Batch! Since I love going there.

I got the Bummer Burrito and a side of jalapeño poppers. I could feel my already-scintillating soul glitter even brighter afterwards.

I’ve been a repeat customer at this place and love the food, when I heard they moved to Manor I was a bit disappointed because it would be further away but still wanted to give them my business.I placed an order online and drove the 25 minutes from South Austin. Order was supposed to be ready for 11:30. I Show up at 11:45 and it’s not.Lauren the supposed manager was explaining she was having system issues, and to come back in 15 minutes and the food will be ready. I said no worries, things happen and waited.Came back 15 minutes later and she had a frustrated attitude explaining that she had other orders before mine and she “didn’t know what to tell me” she then started raising her voice and was talking over me, when all I was trying to be was understanding and work with her. Because at this point I have over an hour invested into this burrito, I wanted my food and to just go home.I couldn’t even get a word in and she’s yelling at this point saying over and over again “I’ll just refund the order” out of disbelief and frustration I just leave empty handed. As I walked back to my car I could hear doors and cabinets slamming from the food truck and a few moments go by and I see Lauren walking away into Batch.I’m absolutely blown away at the lack of empathy and resolution on just a human level… not only did I have my time wasted but was made to feel like somehow I’m the problem.Nearly two hours of my time wasted, and ruined my Sunday.

The rice was chewy/hard and ground beef was dry. For what you pay, it’s brutal disappointing. The tortilla is fresh which is good.
