We have been ordering at bummer burrito a couple of times and they had been decent. However today it was a huge disappointment. 1. Their pick up system is nonexistent. There were 5 other people waiting there but there’s no announcement or anything so you ended up asking them awkwardly every couple of minutes to ask if food is ready. 2. We ended up waiting for 25 minutes for an online pre order ~ 30 mins ago. 3. Is it me or their food became less flavorful? Just look at the picture, it looks so blend. Mind you they are not expensive, but they are not cheap burritos as well.

Must have new owners because it used to be good.
Also, figure out a better pickup system than awkwardly asking repeatedly for orders.

1 hour wait for a burrito, my friend who ordered at the same time received theirs half an hour earlier so we weren’t able to eat together. Attendant did not seem to really care about keeping my business .
Be upfront about wait times when someone places an order.

I think our last experience wasn’t the regular for this place. Today the migas burrito was out of stock, so we got our typical order of the breakfast burritos and both were great! ❤️

Then, the breakfast burrito was so poorly put together it fell apart totally upon opening (& tasted totally different than usual) and the migas burrito seemed to be missing the queso that is in the description that comes on it.
I get that things happen, but when paying $30 for burritos it can be a bit frustrating. Usually love this place, so hopefully it’s just an off day

45 minutes wait for food when there was only one other order in the queue. Ridiculous. The person making our food clearly didn't want to be there and made no effort to get food out in a timely manner. Ordered beans and got some dried half empty container of food. Will not be ordering from this spot again. Our other friends behind us waited over 45 minutes as well for their food.

I got the vegan situation (squash, rice, vegan cheese) and the special fish taco. The fish taco was probably the best fish taco I’ve ever had. Unfortunately the vegan situation was just meh to ok, I didn’t taste much squash, mostly just the rice, but I was hungry and it filled me up. Would definitely get the fish taco again if it is available.

Loved this place since they were on Rainey st. Now that theyre not on rainey it taste even better lol The carne is so high quality and everything is made with love The staff is hella friendly. Id gatekeep but I want this place to be open for a long time.
It was a good burrito but they forgot my sour cream that i paid for and it made me kind of sad. Felt a little dry without it. Solid carne.

Literally best burrito of my life. Portions were great. Staff was very kind and helpful. Got the breakfast burrito quesoritoed with beans.. can’t recommend enough. Amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

I am still eating this burrito as I type this, I couldn’t wait. The Fresca chicken is SO GOOD. Perfectly toasted tortilla, tender chicken, flavorful rice, luscious squash…I have to stop so I can continue eating this burrito. Wonderfully friendly staff. Made fast, hot, and fresh. Get a Bummer burrito next time you’re at Batch, trust.
