Flies really put a damper on the whole experience. Even though it's finally fall in Texas you still might want to consider it before you sit outside on the patio. Overall the food was good but not anything that would blow you away. If you are looking for a chill and easy going date night spot or family dinner with plenty of space, array of offerings, and a bookstore and grocery store to boost the whole night out you definitely should give this place a visit. Very knowledgeable & personable staff. Super attentive, without being overbearing. They kept bringing water and refilling our glasses without us even noticing, I ordered the Croque Madame. I was a long-time customer of the former Hyde Park post office, and to see it evolve into such a lovely new iteration has been a welcome surprise! I brought my mother here to celebrate a mile stone birthday.
