I ordered a double Wagyu burger and the burger of the month. A Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. I was prompt with Richard upselling the Chicken sandwich. Very professional customer service with me being a Marriott Elite Bonvoy Guest. Richard kindly explained the sandwich. Also recommended the Wagyu burger that Simran cooked to perfection. Both sandwiches were outstanding and the customer service was top notch. Definitely recommend stopping by the Burger Bar located at the JW Marriott in Downtown Austin.
