I ordered a fish sandwich. When I got to the window, I learned the cashier put in the wrong order. He said it was a chicken sandwich. No problem. I said I’ll take it instead of the fish sandwich. I got home and found that I was given a hamburger. There were no other customers there to mix up my order. I called twice and no one answered. They were not busy. Very displeased!

I ordered two number one large meals and a Rodeo cheese Burger. Only to discover not only did I not get a receipt (paid cash) nor did I get my Rodeo cheeseburger. So I tried to call and see if we could resolver the issue but there was no answer at the phone number online. And No way to contact customer assistance. I simply got screwed and obviously Burger King is ok with that.

This review is mainly about their tasteless breakfast but I will say the service is always good at this location. About the breakfast - I've been getting the sausage croissant sandwich for many many years and although the egg was different before, it was still decent and the croissant was light and fluffy. Well, their new croissant was their FIRST step to ruining it. I had it this morning and it's not light and fluffy - I could tell the outer part was stiff and not spongy at all even before I took the wrapper off. I knew going in it wasn't going to be a pretty sight - I thought overtoasted but NO - it is a different croissant - not as much as before, and now it appears to be glazed with a light egg wash before toasting - I know that hard glossy outer texture anywhere because we used to do that with pizza rolls before they go in the oven at a pizza joint I worked at. It makes the outer breaded side crispy and can be hard like a rock even. Not as a croissant should be. Btw I want to mention when I pulled the sandwich out of the bag I could tell that it was way smaller than before just from the feel. There is less bread (which is stiff) and less egg. Ok so about the egg - the egg changed - and I'm not saying their old egg was good - it was NOT - and it needed changing, but not to this pathetic "filler" material. It looked better than the old egg, but for some reason didn't really have flavor. The sanwich was kindof flavorless (outside of the sausage which was "ok"). It was flavorless, and the croissant really tanked this sandwich. This is one I cannot come back to unfortunately. Cut out the glazed top and get a better croissant and egg. Maybe the public will have better luck with the pancakes, but after that sandwich I don't really care to try.
Service was Excellent. I went inside. The cashiers were professional and kind. The cooks got my food ready in maybe 30 seconds. Hot fries, fresh burger. Can’t go wrong!!Shout out to your day crew running June 1 at 2:30 pm.
