Today was my first disappointed experience with any Bush location. The rolls were not brown and seemed undercooked. The chicken was cooked but no seasoning and very light crust color. Teas tasted different. Did management change?
Never had a bad experience, been going off and on for a few years now. Food is always correct and tasty, always a relatively speedy experience. It's become my go to for chicken just due to the speed and accuracy.
It was a decent place with some good food and actually great attentive service. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was the temperature of the food. I definitely thought the fries could have been a little crispier and the chicken a little warmer. This could have been a one-off so I would still recommend it. Lastly the peach tea is delicious.
