Every week my husband comes there to get large digits, twice the gizzards were not freshly cooked. We were very disappointed, especially coming from this location. We didn’t have the best experience in KYLE but here we had in the past I tried calling the store to speak with a manager no one will answer the phone. This is pitiful. You run a business and don’t pick up your telephone. We don’t care to go to this location anymore. Cook your food correctly, especially when you’re dealing with gizzards. And you could be more friendlier I would not recommend my clients or coworkers after this experience not once but twice

We ate at Bush’s chicken yesterday. The counter service, food, and order was perfect. Employees all with great attitudes as always. Steven came around to the tables, introduced himself and checked on everyone’s satisfaction. He took the time to address each customer by name. This is a fine employee who is truly an asset to his employer!

The tenders were good, cooked well and not spicy! It is so rare lately to find good food that isn't coated in tons of pepper or other hot spices.
Manager on 11/7 8pm prepared our meal to go. First he loaded up four crushed rolls. I requested he not use those and he put one back for another one. The chicken was old, the rolls were dried out, the gallon of tea was sticky and dirty on outside of container. This location needs help or should shut down before it gives the other stellar locations a really bad name. This manager is sloppy attire shows his same sloppiness in his work and should be terminated. Hope the owner reads reviews but given the manager on duty today it is doubtful. It’s a shame.

The service was impressively fast, and Jacob worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was taken care of. The restaurant was spotless, with clean tables and a well-maintained lobby, which only added to my overall enjoyment.
As for the food, it was delicious! The chicken was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor, making every bite a pleasure. I left feeling satisfied and excited to return. Kudos to Jacob and the entire team for such hard work and dedication to a fantastic dining experience!
