I’ve seen several reviews mentioning poor customer service, and unfortunately I had the same experience. The food is actually good, but customer service matters — and it consistently falls short here. The employee with glasses and braces has been rude on multiple occasions. When I told him I wouldn’t be returning, there was zero concern or effort to make it right. That response alone tells me everything I need to know. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Really good! Fries were nice an crispy. Chicken sandwich was a good spicy with great flavor. And pretty affordable! We ordered and got a few drinks at rock house. Highly recommend!!

Saw an Instagram Reel of the Fries bowl. I got the #5. Fries were seasoned and cooked to perfection, cole slaw and pickles gave the perfect crunch and acidity, the chicken tenders were seasoned to a customized heat and were excellent, the bussin sauce suites its name. This is going to be a go-to spot!

Bussin Buns really lives up to its name! I ordered the Bussin Mac and it was a whole experience. The base of crispy fries was already good on its own, but then they topped it with juicy chicken strips, creamy mac & cheese, and their signature sauce that tied everything together. Every bite had the perfect mix of crunchy, cheesy, and saucy. The portion was huge too definitely enough to fill you up. If you’re looking for comfort food with a twist, this is the move.

I ordered my dinner for lunch because I had a Dr appointment. Imagine not eating all day, and being excited to try this for the 1st time, only to be utterly disappointed!!! I ordered the 2 sandwich combo with fries. Got home and my sandwiches had no meat! ZERO, NOTHING!!! COLESLAW and PICKLES... NOTHING ELSE!!!
