About Butterwhisk Brunch House

Butterwhisk Brunch House offers good food and atmosphere, though it does feel like it might be chronically understaffed. The restaurant is very busy, and servers can be slow to greet tables and bring the check. Some guests waited a long time for food, had sticky tables, and empty waters, though one omelet that came with maple syrup spilled all over it was replaced. The environment can feel unprofessional and unwelcoming, and workers sometimes looked like they hated their job. Still, the food is fantastic. Highlights include amazing pancakes cooked in butter, Eggs Benedict with crispy English muffin, perfectly cooked poached eggs, and tasty hollandaise, plus crispy hashbrowns, a gorgeous omelet, and solid GF toast. Omelets tasted pretty good, fresh, and perfect, though one was kinda greasy. Pancakes tasted great with a perfect texture. The music selection was spot on for Gen X couples, and one waitress was outstanding, friendly, and took care of everything. Many would totally go back and recommend trying this unpretentious gem for a great breakfast.

Delicious every time! Unique menu offerings.
Came for lunch and left somewhat satiated. I wanted to come to a local spot. Its cute and quaint. We had Rob and he was great.

We got a Philly Steak bowl and traditional breakfast with a detox juice. The juice was heavy on the Ginger with a zing. The pancakes were light and fluffy with crispy edges and the most crispy succulent bacon. The bowl was trash as its not cubed steak but steakums and the has browns were burned to a crisp. I wouldn't nab it again.
Good food and atmosphere. However, it does feel like it might be chronically understaffed. It took ~15 minutes after getting seated for our server to talk to us for the first time, and another ~15 minutes at the end of trying to wave down our server to get the check.

I don’t fault the servers for this—it’s very busy at this restaurant, and there was only 1 server there for the first half and only 2 for the second. But the restaurant really needs to hire more people...read full review
