Cabo Bobs is a great go-to for delicious, customizable, and low-carb bowls! They offer a ton of options for different dietary needs, making it a great choice for those of us sticking to a specific lifestyle. I love layering fresh cabbage, pass on the rice & beans, topping it with tender brisket or steak (my husband gets double steak), tons of veggies, all the fixings (peppers, pico, salsa, cilantro, lime juice!), and sometimes splurge on queso and guac. If I'm not being too strict, I definitely get the mango salsa, it's delicious! It's about $14 with the add-ons, but worth it considering the fresh ingredients and (usually) generous portions. They are sometimes stingy with the guac, but usually if you ask nicely they give you a little more. Highly recommend!

We stopped by Cabo Bob's for dinner this evening on our way to an event at the HEB Center in Cedar Park. First time there, selection recommended by the grandkids. It was good! The place is a "walk-through order what you want and walk down the line as it's prepared" place, which is good and bad. It's slow. The biggest problem we had was the 1/4 plexiglass shields separating us from the employees which made communication tedious. For first-timers there, things were not instinctual, where are the napkins, where is the silverware, etc. We managed...The food was very good... chips and queso, just to try it... chips were nice and crisp, the queso good and hot. The fish tacos were to die for, fish fried perfectly (although it took 15 minutes to get the tacos), and the veggies, guac, and cabbage in the tacos were good, and the three tacos each had a different flavor of Cabo Bob's tortillas, all of which were good. Other members of the group had the steak burrito, the chicken burrito and a "do it yourself" burrito.I tasted the beef burrito, so I can vouch for that. It was good. The brown rice seemed a bit under-cooked, but not a fatal flaw. The other burritos were reported to be good as well. Brief comment on the two sauces available... we preferred the regular 66 Hot Sauce, the 66 Smokey Habanero sauce wasn't much different. Not sure where you'd go to get real heat at Cabo Bob's if you're a hot pepper fanatic, like me! LOLFor what it is, Cabo Bob's is a good deal... good food, decent price... for what it is (a walk-through make your burrito place), it holds its own. We'd good back if in the neighborhood. The grandkids (teens) love it! Recommend Cabo Bob's!

I am understanding of the fact that they were busy so my online order was late being ready but if you aren’t going to do something right don’t do it at all. I’ve attached a picture of what was deemed acceptable for a $15 burrito… my wife’s burrito is blown open as well but at least she could pick it up without the entire contents falling out.

The atmosphere is ok. I eat here a lot but today the quality was not great and then when I brought this to the attention of the manager she was not happy. In the end why would you have to charge me again to refund then cancel my order.. if my side and chips are not what was expected and my fish was hard and a rock then why argue with me.. I eat this same thing every 3 days. The interaction with who refund my order was not pleasant with her being rude/disrespectful and just wrong. This is simple food but when it’s wrong just make it right. I will choose to go somewhere else . Now I will go get dinner somewhere else ..
