We stopped by Cabo Bob's for dinner this evening on our way to an event at the HEB Center in Cedar Park. First time there, selection recommended by the grandkids. It was good! The place is a "walk-through order what you want and walk down the line as it's prepared" place, which is good and bad. It's slow. Excellent place to eat, highly recommend they make the tortillas right in front of you, they have multiple options tacos, burritos, bowls. Yummy and so delicious burritos, they also do catering!!
