KFC is known for serving some of the best fried chicken around. Despite a bit of a laid-back speed, the chicken is worth the wait. Customers appreciate the accommodating and friendly employees, making it a pleasant experience. One customer received stellar customer service and excellent recommendations on the wraps combo meal from an employee named Javier Prado. The restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, adding to the overall positive dining experience. Ordering through the mobile app allows for a convenient pick-up process, ensuring customers can enjoy their delicious chicken without any hassle. Many find it quick and easy to order, pay, and pick up their food in just minutes, making it perfect for on-the-go days. Some customers have expressed concerns about undercooked chicken, emphasizing the importance of properly cooked food for a satisfying meal. The drive-through service is efficient, with meals often ready in less than 10 minutes. The menu includes popular items like the fill-up meal and biscuits, though some miss the strawberry jam served in Korea. Overall, KFC continues to satisfy customers with tasty offerings, friendly service, and a convenient experience.
