I walked in and chose to order at the new touch pad screens and it was very nice. The food was hot and fresh but honestly lacked seasoning in the mac and cheese. I was served by Carlos who asked about the restrictions I placed on my meal. After confirming the order specifications, he turned around and told the kitchen crew to add extra of what I just requested be restricted. I grabbed a 12-piece family pack yesterday. It was so good. The employees were so nice and accommodating, which is a big reason why I'm reluctant to get fried chicken from any fast food restaurants since prior experiences with those restaurants have been underwhelming and subpar. I hope it continues to stay this way and thank you to the employees that made this a pleasant experience!

I have the pleasure of having Javier Prado #506 Anderson Mill location give me stellar customer service as well as excellent recommendations on the wraps combo meal!!!
