Everything was very dirty, ugly, uncomfortable and dirty chairs and tables. Average food although the potatoes were horrible not because of the bad recipe but because it tasted rotten and how to trust the food if the customers' place is as dirty as the kitchen should be

Unless the husband and wife duo are there, I don't want it. Last 2 orders where complete wrong. Wrong chicken, wrong side, and drink n/a out of tea so I said no drink. This time ordered 8 pieces of chicken and got 6 old to moderate pieces still missing 2. Tried calling up there this time and of course no answer. Never ever had problems before even when they were the only ones there.

I don't recommend this place at all the new manager who run it have tattoo and face tattoo and he have a really bad attitude he doesn't care what you have to say. He disrespect anyone I try to order food and he was disrespect us and start talking trash and he want it his way.he was trying to accuse us for stuff ect he will make false accusation up.the girl who work there she have attitude she was disrespect us order the food quick and and messed up my order she have a bad mouth talker I hear her talking. I am lacrosse and tolerate they disrespect me and they have a attitude to me I will take my money somewhere else!!! The new manager need to be fired there he doesn't have no respect for anyone he have a really bad attitude!!!

I walked in and chose to order at the new touch pad screens and it was very nice. The food was hot and fresh but honestly lacked seasoning in the mac and cheese. I was served by Carlos who asked about the restrictions I placed on my meal. After confirming the order specifications, he turned around and told the kitchen crew to add extra of what I just requested be restricted. I can’t process corn very well so I almost never order it, but I chose to go with the light option this time. After receiving my order I had to pick out the whole top of the bowl they put so much corn. Not a huge deal but super irritating in my opinion. Their bathrooms need a deep clean and a renovation because it’s like a 7-11 in there as well. If you go here don’t do it late, go early.

I grabbed a 12-piece family pack yesterday. It was so good. The employees were so nice and accommodating, which is a big reason why I'm reluctant to get fried chicken from any fast food restaurants since prior experiences with those restaurants have been underwhelming and subpar. I hope it continues to stay this way and thank you to the employees that made this a pleasant experience!

They still have spicy chicken wings! I can’t find it online but you can still order in the store! 8 for ~$5. Love it!One minor thing.. the fry is not crispy.I haven’t had KFC in years. But now the store is definitely upgraded, nice an clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
