Best sno comes in town! Lots of tried and true and creative original versions.
Sweet Caroline's is our favorite local business and we frequent it as often as possible during season. The snow cones are incredible (very light and fluffy, finely shaved ice, the best!) and the staff is always friendly. Their extra toppings are fun and delicious and help keep things interesting when your husband insists on getting a second snow cone to go "for later".

I've visited almost all sno cone places in Austin. This is my all-around favorite. The sno cones are so flavorful and I never have the experience where the ice at the bottom is unflavored.
Like other reviewers have mentioned, the ice itself is a bit harder and bigger than true shaved ice.
