The restaurant has been around since the 90s and has a lot of regular customers. The shrimp Diablo, catfish, and crawfish étouffée are popular meals, and the stuffed jalapenos are spicy and flavorful. The portions are nice sized, and the prices are good. The Catfish Po Boy is a good amount of food and comes with crinkle fries, hushpuppies, and sauces. The restaurant has a cozy vibe and is located between car dealerships, but it is easy to miss. The staff makes customers feel welcomed, and the atmosphere is great. The Pacific Star Restaurant & Oyster Bar has a lot of history and is an Austin historical site with great food and atmosphere.
