More than a bank and ATM, there's a coffee shop and free co-working space inside. Possibly because I'm not from the US, but I found the staff didn't give me the hard sell for their banking services.

Capital one has lost all customer service. The two banks in South austin closed. I just drove downtown to use ATM and there isn't a drive threw or free parking! What a horrible decision to benefit corporate and not customers

Leaving a review for Capital One customer service. What has happened to you??I submitted a loan check via mobile app for Christmas. It was deposited successfully as I received the email to tear up the check. Presents bought, everything fine. A week later, my check reversed. Car payment and other bills bounced. I called customer service and spoke to Michael. He was very nice and professional. However, he stated one number is missing from the check? Was on 3 way with loan company, but couldn't be resolved that day so was told to call back next day. Called back the next day and spoke to Shelay (sp?). She was polite at first but then became very rude when we asked for status of situation and hung up on me in the middle of a sentence. I was not rude or anything to her. I called back and reached her again. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She put me on hold for 25 minutes, then said no supervisor available and would I take a call back. No one ever called back.

A coffee shop in a bank. Why not? I still don't quite get it after going a few times, but their beverages are good and the staff is nice. Definitely hard to find parking so not sure I'll be going there much after my free drinks are all used up. Also, they close at 6pm when the Domain location stays open til 8pm. They'd have more of my business if they could stay open those 2 extra hours.

I stopped by this Cafe with my girlfriend to deposit some cash and the staff was nice and helpful. Marty was awesome. He gave me good information about Capitol One branches around me that were closing down. He was quite the character. The cafe was clean and cozy. It seems to have good drinks and snacks (half off if purchased with a Capitol One card), and free Wi-Fi. I recommend this cafe to everyone looking to rest from walking around Congress or getting some work done in peace.

It's nice to work out of the cafe. There's free WiFi and a verve cafe inside. They recently switched from Peet's to Verve. I got a chai latte and it wasn't very good. It tasted like watery cinnamon.

Came here before a work event and it was a great experience. The wifi was fast, it was quiet and had security out front. I ordered a mocha and it was surprisingly really good. The staff was friendly, I struck up a conversation with an "ambassador" (I think that's what they call them) and it seemed like they really knew what they were talking about and could help me with whatever financial needs I had. Edit* they also switched from Peets to Verve coffee recently. I'm not a big coffee guy but I think the coffee is slightly better than what it was in the past

I've seen these corporate cafes pop up all over America and have wondered what all the hyped is. Turns out it's super cheap drinks and great service! For some reason, it's just a Peet's coffee, but with super low prices. A lady working in there have me a coupon for a free drink for no reason? What is this heaven! If you use a capital one card, you get 1/2 (!!!) off any drink. They're quiet and have fast WiFi and are a good place to work or meet people. All in all, it's still a chain coffee shop with a corporate ambience, but definitely a great option if you want some AC, WiFi, and cheap coffee!

Checked out a new spot to work remotely today at The Capital One Cafe. Cute and modern spot. Free WiFi for all. You do not need to be a Capital One customer to enter and use the WiFi. I found a comfy spot near the window. Many outlets to plug in your devices & people watch outside. If you are looking for a quiet space I wouldn't recommend, but it's not super loud. It's a variety of some with headphones on silent and some in group meetings. There is a private board room, but I learned that it's only available for students and Non-profits to use. If you use your Capital One debit or credit card you receive 50% off coffee beverages, so that's a nice perk! I tried one of their specialty plant based drinks a Iced Vanilla Lavender Almond Latte. Pretty tasty! I had to wait a little bit before being helped, but one of the other staff members assured me they would be with me in just a moment. They had about 3 staff members standing around the seating area to help answer any questions. I was welcomed with a friendly hello as soon as I walked in. Although I chose to not sit near the staff standing in just one spot. I felt like they could see and hear what I was working on and wanted a bit more privacy. They also have a security guard at the entrance, so that's a plus. Overall nice experience and a switch up of environment for work.

Not accessible when the building is closed. Was hoping to find at least one ATM located outside, but there wasn't one. A bit lame and misleading from Google maps.

I stopped by for a coffee and worked here for a bit. Not too expensive, plenty of options, quiet, comfy, and clean! Really nothing negative I could say about the place! It was a nice surprise given the corporate name/setting.
