They have excellent breakfast tacos, but the guy at the register that just throws you the bag & receipt to sign needs an attitude adjustment.

Service was very poor, especially when it wasn’t that even busy. They forgot my drink order twice. I would t go back again.

Was absolutely excited to dine here. After ordering the Green Goddess salad, was seriously disappointed. There where little to no avocado and mainly iceberg lettuce with a little dressing. Flavor was good just a little shy. Not worth the cost.Drinks and atmosphere was wonderful!

Rooftop bar smelled like straight sewage.

Come for the food, not the drinks. The drinks were ok but the food made up for it and then some. Highly recommend the crab dip as well as the burrata.

I dropped into Caroline on a Saturday afternoon and pleased to be seated immediately, even without reservations! I can't remember the last time that happened in Austin. Environment: The restaurant is massive! They have a huge outdoor patio on the ground level and tons of indoor seating. I didn't get a chance to explore, but there's also a coffee shop section and rooftop patio. Food: They serve many classic breakfast items, such as Huevos Rancheros, Pancakes, and Biscuits & Gravy. Prices sit around $16-23. Prices seemed fair based on serving sizes and given the downtown location. I opted for simple pancakes. They were really tasty! Fluffy, sweet, and warm! My friend ordered the Enchiladas and enjoyed them! What wasn't great?: Walking into the restaurant there was a noticeable and unpleasant odor. I was able to sit near the kitchen (they had a huge open section so you could see people moving about) and it was a bit distracting to see all the flies moving around. At my table, I kept having to swat away little gnats and things. It wasn't pleasant. Definitely a noticeable downside. All in all, I enjoyed my experience. I hope they can figure out a solution for the bugs. It definitely made we worry about cleanliness.

Great spot on S Congress for lunch. Great service!
Was expecting so much from this place. It was my first time in Austin and was looking for a cute brunch spot. The food felt underwhelming...portions were really small. I had to go somewhere after to get more food as I just felt unsatisfied. The only thing which I enjoyed were the healthy drinks.

Service was ok.Atmosphere is great. This is mostly a buisiness meeting spot or for people staying in the hotel.I have been here 2 times on dates before going to dinner/movie.Especially when it’s light out, this place is really pretty and cool.

Stopped in for lunch based on the reviews and were not disappointed. My partner and I both had salads and they were excellent. I had Mai Mai and it was perfectly grilled. Thor, the bartender took care of us and he is an exceptional server - knows the menu and over the top attentive and super friendly. I had the house Paloma cocktail and it was also excellent. Great way to start our adventure in Austin.
