Considering that I'm a vegetarian and this is (obviously) a very meat-y restaurant, this was a very good experience. Staff were friendly and welcoming, the decor is elegant, the semi-outdoor seating was pleasantly breezy on a hot day (I could do without the huge TVs, but that's me). A few years back I took my staff for Christmas to Carve and very pleased with the food and the exceptional service by Kara. After that I went there with my family, friends and staff multiple times. Always loved the food and enjoyed the atmosphere. Today I went back with my staff for lunch and everyone was happy with the food and service by Daniel. Amazing food and staff. I recommend Carve to anyone for any occasion.
