Holy cow!! I’m rarely surprised to find a new gem in Austin. We have so many, but I feel like I rarely find a new “something special.” Well, I found a new gem today at Casa Bianca!

Not only was the service amazing (shout out to Richie!), but the drink, FOOD, entire service crew (from runners to servers to host to chef!!), and atmosphere were all Michelin-caliber. The chef even came out to chat with us (he saw me literally lick the plate it was so the food was so good!).

The risotto was my favorite of the night if I was forced to pick, followed closely by those chicken wings (I almost got them for “dessert” but was too full). But genuinely, an exquisite evening from top to bottom!!

Sorry my photos aren’t the best. I was too excited to eat!!

This place is absolutely amazing! The food is thoughtful and delicious and the atmosphere fits every vibe you can think of. We were obsessed with their appetizer wings that had a Calabrian Chile sauce on it, and our waiter (Richie) told the head chef (Chef Joe) and he came out to talk to us about the meal. Just the finest touch to an amazing night!

I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant after hearing great things. My wife and I had an 8pm reservation and arrived on time. We placed our full order right away, one starter and two main dishes. Unfortunately, our experience quickly went downhill.

Our starter took 45 minutes to arrive, and during that time our waitress hardly checked on us. By 9:15pm, we still hadn’t received our food or any updates. When I finally asked another server what was going on, we were told our main dish had been mistakenly served to someone else. The first dish finally arrived an hour and twenty minutes after we sat down.

The manager did come by and seemed genuinely apologetic, which I appreciated, and ultimately comped our meal. Still, the service was completely unacceptable and the experience was frustrating. The food itself was very good, but unfortunately, not good enough to make up for the lack of attentiveness and disorganization. We won’t be returning.

The atmosphere is very relax and warming. The service is nice and inviting. If you are looking for food, not the place. It’s more of a cocktail bar than restaurant.

I had a family dinner last Friday night. And we loved the food, the service was amazing as well. We order all for sharing and the food comes as it’s ready, which I really liked.
I definitely recommend the mushroom lasagna, the veg arancini, risotto, and my favorite was the Pork Belly with the touch of the peach it was incredible.
Also they had cool wine glasses, bigger than my head.
And our server surprised us with the dessert, thanks queen!
Overall love the food and the service❤️

Food was great, drinks also fantastic. Their Tapas style service was only ok, took about 40 minutes between appetizer round of food and dinner. I dont know if this was a service screwup or kitchen but it was a bit too long.

We went in on a Wednesday evening business was very slow, but the service was impeccable and the food was top-notch… We had incredible drinks, the daiquiri, and the El Capo, as well as the gimlet!!! we tried the muscles that were on the Happy Hour menu - Delicious … The crab arancini was also a big hit.. we tried their focaccia with caramel butter and the fried olives with the Gorgonzola sauce…. Oh and last we had the chicken wings . The amounts were perfect for a nice little tasting menu to split. We left completely satisfied!!! they have Happy Hour from 4 to 6 every single day and a rooftop bar that they just opened up. We can’t wait to go back if you’re looking looking for Perfect Service sit with Jonathan or the bartender Charlie what a secret little hidden gem. I forgot to take pictures of everything, but it is definitely worth stopping in.

Best meal ever!!! Loved every dish, and we tried quite a few. Loved the family style tasting idea. The staff was super nice, professional and helpful in explaining the dishes. Tried a mocktail that was great. Great selection of wines you don’t find anywhere else. Definitely recommended for a lovely evening.

Casa Bianca is a gem in Austin. From the moment we sat down, the experience was flawless. The oysters were unbelievably fresh, some of the best I’ve had anywhere. This set the tone for the rest of the meal. The cocktails were equally impressive, balanced and creative, and truly among the best in the city. The mango margarita was to die for. Service was attentive without being overbearing, and everything came out quickly, which made the evening feel effortless. Casa Bianca has that rare mix of elevated food, top-notch drinks, and warm, professional service. I can’t recommend it enough.
