What a fantastic place to eat! Have been twice now and both times had excellent food! Had the opportunity to talk with the owners and really enjoyed the conversations. Last trip was to treat the in-laws to someplace new for their anniversary and they both enjoyed it very much. We will definitely be back.
My question to everyone else is...what are you waiting for? If you haven't been you're missing out on great Columbian cuisine!

Amazing Colombian food in Austin! I started with their Colombian martini. There are several flavors to choose from, and I went with mango. It’s made with 2.5 oz of the rum of your choice, 1.5 oz Triple Sec, 2.5 oz sweet and sour, 0.75 oz agave, 3 oz tropical pulp, and finished with a splash of Sprite. Super refreshing and perfectly balanced. For an appetizer, my friend and I shared their beef and potato empanada — a fried cornmeal patty stuffed with seasoned filling. I’m used to Argentine empanadas, so I found the ratio of cornmeal to filling heavier than I prefer (more cornmeal than filling) but the flavor was still great and it came out nice and crispy. For my main, I had the churrasco — grilled top sirloin marinated in chimichurri sauce, served with green beans, fried yuca, mashed potatoes, and a ramekin of chimichurri on the side. It was a ton of food and absolutely delicious.

I don’t want to give a low review. I had the best time. Pero. My waiter gave my friends and himself “free” shots that were his words gratís (didn’t ask for them). But they were on my bill. I get the hustle but not for that
Authentic Colombian food

The place is fine I understand that they help migrant people but it is incredible that the person who records the videos and is there does not even have a decent minimum of English one of my friends barely understood what he asked us when leaving it is important to know more cultures that have the minimum for communication we simply did not understand much what he asked us, the issue of the waiters in particular the one I mention with his bad attitude makes that he definitely does not want to come back they should give them the instruction to treat their customers better

We were so hoping for some good Colombian food to remind us of home, unfortunately we were disappointed. We sat on the patio as it was quite noisy inside, but we didn’t escape the noise, it was difficult to talk. The chairs were not so comfortable but we persevered.
But we persevered and ordered empanadas as an appetizer. They were not so good, more like meat pies rather than empanadas.
My wife ordered Arroz co Pollo with a side of red beans, unfortunately it was bland and the beans were rather tasteless.
I ordered sausage, beans avocado and fries. The sausage was ok but the beans were bland and the fries were cool.
All in all not a great experience. We will continue searching for a nice Colombian restaurant in Austin.

My son had his first performance at his school during their Hispanic Heritage Culture Festival, 2nd grade had Columbia for their Hispanic Cuisine. I ordered from here and everything was fresh and delicious. They were so accommodating I was rushing to make it to my son’s performance and get the food after work they were able to deliver it. We were just about to run out of food and they saved the day delivering. The kids and teachers were so happy and loved Casa Columbias food. Returning customer!

This was our first visit to Casa Colombia and we look forward to going back.
The ceviche, empanadas, Tilapia and salmon were so good. It reminded me of our time in Colombia. Everything is cooked fresh daily and it was evident in the taste.
