This was the worst experience I've had at a Brazilian restaurant ever.  The came around with four different types of meat yet we paid for a 15 meat dinner. All of the side dishes were cold. The breads were hard. The cheese were lukewarm. The service was slow and poor.  The salad bar was good but the line to get to the bar was so long and so crazy. In addition, there were lots of screaming kids on a Valentine's Day.  it was by far not a relaxing nor food satisfying meal and it cost $160.  They gave you a $25 gift certificate for a next visit, but there's no way I would go back given the quality of greasy undercooked meat with only four varieties ever brought around.

The food at this Brazilian steakhouse is truly a 10/10, flavorful, tender, beautifully presented, and worth praising. But unfortunately, the service left a lasting negative impression that I can’t overlook.
My husband and I went for a birthday celebration with a group and were seated near the door, directly across from the rest of the party. From the very start, it became obvious that the server consistently made us the last for everything taking our orders, bringing our food, even handling our payment. It wasn’t subtle. They would literally walk all the way around the table to serve the opposite side first every single time.
We were the only couple seated on our side of the table, and the repeated delays made it hard not to notice. While I usually give people the benefit of the doubt, this felt intentional and discriminatory, and it dampened what could have been a beautiful evening. We felt overlooked.
Again, the food is outstanding, and I genuinely hope management sees this as a chance to address bias or blind spots in how guests are treated. Amazing meals deserve to be matched with equally respectful, inclusive service. I’m sharing this not out of anger, but in the hope that future guests won’t be made to feel the way we did.

Casa do Brazil is a gem! It's a bit on the pricey side, but well worth the splurge every now and then. As always, the food was delicious, the service was incredible, and we loved every minute of our meal. Thank you to the wonderful staff; they always make each visit outstanding.
