I stopped by and took eric’s recommendations and I’m so glad I did! I was able to customize my meal exactly how I wanted and added so many fresh toppings. They even gave me a free pita bread which was such a nice surprise. I’ve been trying to eat healthier and this was perfect. It was so delicious fresh and satisfying. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. This place is like chipotle but honestly a hundred times better. I’ll definitely be coming back. thanks again Eric.

Lately this location has improved. At times it seemed short staffed but now it seems to have gotten things back in line with the quality of other Cava restaurants. I think Cava is one of the better choices for lunch or dinner if you are in the mood for Mediterranean style quick food.
