It has consistently been slow, every visit. Currently been waiting 30+ minutes in line, for 12 people ahead of me. I try again every 6 months or so and it’s awful service, awful waits for decent food. This will be my last visit. (EDIT 11/9/24) I was brought a lunch from a friend, and as usual, it was incorrectly made and the service to remedy was met with indignation. Gave me half the food I ordered, and when confronted with the receipt the inept employee said “Not my problem.”. F this company.

I love Cava! The food is amazing! It is healthy and tasty! The staff is friendly and helpful! I like the option to build my own pita/bowl or choose menu recommendations. The line moves very fast. I highly recommend Cava for the entire family!

Went in today to CAVA needing some fuel after a busy morning. I was expecting some good food, but was NOT expecting the excellent service I received. Arriana helped prep my meal, expressed a genuine interest in my day, and then provided me my bowl on the house. She’s the best in the game! I’ll be back again very soon!

Kid-friendliness: Took our baby here with us and she loved the cute music playing and just smiled so we could eat.
This Cava is good compared to others. Unfortunately the location was out of several of some of our go to items. Keshon and Rowe put a ton of effort and care into helping us find a comparable order. Because of these two, our experience went from a potentially poor one to an exceptional one. I actually ended up liking my new bowl better than my usually order!
